Precautions during filming
Regarding your photo session reservation
Photo sessions can get crowded during peak seasons, so we recommend booking at least one week in advance.
Regarding photo delivery
The shooting data will be delivered via a download link (storage period of 2 weeks).
During peak seasons, there may be a delay in delivery.
From store visit to photo shoot
From your arrival to the start of the photoshoot, including kimono preparation, we estimate it will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.
Travel time to the shooting location is included in the shooting time.
About retouching corrections
Retouching mainly involves adjusting color and brightness. It does not include beauty retouching such as face slimming or wrinkle removal.
Regarding the finish of the photoshoot
Other tourists may appear in photos at popular spots.

Please contact us via LINE or WeChat three days in advance for changes or cancellations.
In case of same-day cancellation, we will charge 50% of the shooting fee as a cancellation charge.
